Privacy Policy
Last updated 7 September 2026
67Leads sells business contact information to other businesses. This page explains what we hold about you as a customer, and separately what we hold about the businesses in our database, because those are two different things and most privacy policies blur them.
1. What we collect about you
- Your email address, when you sign in with Google. We request only your email and basic profile — never your contacts, Drive, or anything else.
- Payment details are never seen by us. Card data goes directly to Stripe. We store only Stripe's customer identifier and your plan.
- Usage records — which searches you ran and which leads you exported. We need these to bill correctly and to make sure you are never charged twice for the same lead.
We do not sell customer data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
2. What we collect about listed businesses
Our database holds information about businesses, gathered from two public sources:
- Public business listings — company name, category, address, phone, website, rating and review counts.
- The company's own public website, which is where published contact addresses and, where a business publishes it, an owner or principal's name come from.
We collect nothing that a business has not already published publicly. We do not buy personal data from brokers, and we hold no consumer data.
3. Business contact data and personal data
Most of what we hold is company information, which is not personal data. But some of it — an owner's name, or an address like josh@company.com — can identify a person. We treat those fields as personal data and apply the rights below to them.
Our lawful basis under UK/EU GDPR is legitimate interest: providing business-to-business contact information to other businesses. You can object at any time using the section below, and we will act on it.
4. Removing a business from our database
To have a business removed, email remove@67leads.com from an address at that company's domain, or from the address listed on its website. We remove the record within 30 days and add it to a permanent suppression list, so a later scrape cannot put it back. No account is needed and we will not ask why.
We cannot recall data already exported by a customer before removal. Customers are required by our Terms to honour opt-out requests they receive directly.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to processing, and — under CCPA/CPRA — to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. Email privacy@67leads.com and we will respond within 30 days. Exercising these rights never costs you anything.
Do we "sell" personal information under CCPA? We sell business contact records, and some contain a name or a work email, so we treat this as a sale for CCPA purposes and honour opt-outs accordingly rather than argue the point.
6. Who we share data with
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Google — sign-in only.
- Our hosting provider — servers and database.
That is the complete list. We do not share customer data with advertisers or data brokers.
7. Retention
Customer account records are kept while your account is open and for seven years after closure where tax law requires it. Suppression-list entries are kept permanently — that is the only way to guarantee a removed business stays removed.
